Is my data private?
Yes. Meridian runs on dedicated infrastructure. Your data is never shared, sold, or used for advertising. Bespoke clients get full data ownership on their own servers.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Monthly subscribers can cancel before their next billing date. Annual subscribers can cancel with a prorated refund within 30 days.
How long does setup take?
For subscription tiers, you are live within 24 to 48 hours. Bespoke builds are delivered in 4 to 6 weeks from contract signing.
Is there a Google Calendar or Outlook sync?
Google Calendar sync is included in the Executive and Principal tiers. Outlook sync is on the roadmap and available on request for bespoke builds.
What is the AI scheduling assistant?
Available on the Principal tier, it lets you set reminders and schedule events using plain language — for example, "remind me to follow up with the investors two weeks before the board meeting." Powered by Claude (Anthropic).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer team or family plans?
Solo, Executive, and Principal are single-user by design. For teams, family offices, or institutions, the Enterprise tier provides multi-seat workspaces with centralized oversight — contact us to scope seat count and pricing.
Is Meridian available outside Nigeria?
Yes. Meridian is a global product. It works in any timezone, is priced in USD for international clients, and is accessible from anywhere. Nigerian clients have the option to be billed in Naira at the equivalent rate.
